For denominations and the pastors they serve
Pastor burnout is a systems problem.
Most pastors who leave were not failed by their faith. They were failed by the system around them. We help denominations measure what is happening, find the root causes, and change the systems that drive pastors out.

How we work with denominations
Measure. Mobilize. Maintain.
Stabilizing a struggling pastor is not the same as improving the system that wore them down. Our process starts with data and ends with change your leaders own.
Measure
Your pastors take the Checkup. Each one gets private personal results, and leadership gets an aggregate picture of what is really happening.
Mobilize
We walk your leaders through the findings and build a guiding team to act on the root causes the data reveals.
Maintain
Regular re-checks show whether the changes are working, so improvement lasts after the urgency fades.
The Pastor Well-Being Checkup
Advice built on data, not hunches
The Checkup measures what research shows drives pastors to thrive or to leave, so every recommendation we make starts from evidence.
